IP & deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally. You own your data.
Confidentiality
Mutual confidentiality applies; we protect your information and expect the same.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected services.
Governing law
As specified in the MSA/SOW; otherwise, Ireland or Illinois, USA by mutual agreement.
